王峰，硕士生导师。1984年毕业于西安外国语大学英语专业并留校任教， 1993-1994 年作为教育部公派访问学者赴英国诺丁汉大学进修，2001-2003 年赴美国鲍林格林州立大学学习并获硕士学位。王峰同志先后担任党支部书记，党总支委员，教研室主任，系副主任，教务处副处长，教务处处长。2009年1月任西安外国语大学副校长，校党委委员。

王峰同志长期从事英语教学与研究工作，主持完成了陕西省教育厅教学改革项目《以学分制改革为目标，网络数字化管理为手段，探索外语院校教学管理新模式》，参与国家对外汉语教学办公室、陕西省教育厅、科技厅研究项目三项，主持完成校级教研项目四项；编辑出版教材《大学英语阅读》（1-4 册）、《英语写作-信函-申请-证件》，注释出版英语文学名著《还乡》、《法国中尉的女人》，发表教学研究论文8
篇、教学管理论文5篇。

Language Institutes on the Basis of Academic Credit Reform by Means of Digital Web Managing Method."
- Participated in 3 research projects of National Hanban, Education Department and Department of Science and Technology of Shaanxi Province.
- Chaired 4 Projects of XISU.
- Compiled "College English Reading" (Book 1-4), English Writing—Letters, Application and Cards.
- Annotated and published English literary masterpiece —"The Return of the Native" and "The French Lieutenant's Woman."
- Published 8 research papers and 5 teaching management articles.
