江波博士自2005年6月起担任中国教育国际交流协会秘书长。2004年10月至2005年6月，担任中华人民共和国教育部国际合作与交流司副司长；1999年12月至2004年7月，担任中国驻美国芝加哥总领馆教育参赞。在此之前，江波博士于1995年至1999年担任国家留学基金委员会副秘书长；1981年至1994年间在教育部任职。

1981年，江波先生完成了其在法国雷恩第二大学的学业后投身教育领域工作。江波先生于1993年在英国获得了教育学博士学位。1999年9月至11月间，他作为艾森豪威尔基金会中国项目成员访问美国。

Secretary General of China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE)
Dr. Jiang Bo has been working in the fi eld of education since 1981. He is currently Secretary General ofChina Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE). He was Deputy Director General of the Department of the International Cooperation and Exchanges of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China from October 2004 to July 2005. He served as Chief Education Consul and Director of the Education Offi ce with the Chinese Consulate General in Chicago from December 1999 to July 2004. Prior to
this position, he was Deputy Secretary General of the China Scholarship Council (CSC) from 1995 to 1999.
From 1981 to 1994, Dr. Jiang worked at China's Ministry of Education. Dr. Jiang completed his university studies of French literature and linguistics in China and in France. He obtained his Ph.D. of Education in Britain in 1993. On September to November 1999, he was invited to visit the US as an Eisenhower Fellow.
