    Graham Chynoweth目前在动态网络服务公司担任总顾问。Graham Chynoweth先生全面负责监管公司的对外合作,合同,雇佣员工,知识产权以及国际法律问题。

Graham Chynoweth currently serves as General Counsel for Dynamic Network Services, Inc. (www.dyn.com), a provider of easy to use and extremely reliable DNS, email and domain registration services for enterprises, domain name registries, small businesses and home users. In this capacity, he oversees the company's response to the corporate, contract, employment, intellectual property, and international law issues that it faces.
Since returning to New Hampshire after law school, in addition to launching a career in law and business, Graham has become a leader in New Hampshire's effort to recruit and retain its next generation of workers. In 2004 he helped found New Hampshire's first organization dedicated to engaging and building the capacity of 'young professionals' living in the state. As a result of his leadership with that group, in 2008 New Hampshire Governor John Lynch, appointed Graham to serve as co-chair of the Task Force for the Recruitment and Retention of a Young Workforce for the State of New Hampshire. In 2009 Graham was elected to serve as Vice-Chair of Stay Work Play, Inc., the New Hampshire non-profi t corporation formed to implement the recommendations of the Task Force.
Graham received his law degree and masters degree in public policy from Duke University in 2004 and his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in political science from UC Berkeley in 2001. He lives in Manchester, New Hampshire with his wife Tara.

    鉴于过去二十年中州内平均年龄的急剧增长的现象,新罕布什尔州大学系统(USNH)在2007年冬天建立了“第一步55%”的计划,此计划最初目的是:(1)了解学生在毕业后为什么决定留在或者离开本州;(2)使学生更多的认识到本州和州内雇佣者的特点;(3)纠正学生和毕业生中对本州认识的误解;(4)促进毕业生选择本周就业量从大约50%增加到55%。为达到目标新罕布什尔州大学系统和新罕布什尔州管理者办公室、州内经济发展办公室、州内商务社区以及年轻专业人才机构开始了合作。

[Abstract]

Stay Work Play, Inc: A Public/Private Partnership to Help Respond to
Higher Education Workforce Challenges

In response to a dramatic increase of the State's average age over the previous two decades, the University System of New Hampshire ('USNH') established the 55% Initiative in the winter of 2007. The initial foci of the 55% Initiative were: (i) learning why students decide to stay or leave the State after graduation;(ii) heightening awareness among students of key attributes of the State and its employers; (iii) shifting perceptions among students and recent graduates about the State that could be outdated or incorrect and (iv) increasing the number of USNH students that decide to stay in the State after graduation from about 50% to 55%. The effort to meet these challenges soon lead USNH to collaborate with the New Hampshire Governor's offi ce, the State's economic development offi ce, the State's business community and an emerging group of "Young Professional" organizations.
After conducting comprehensive surveys of current students and recent graduates, it became clear that the biggest determinative factor in the decision of emerging workers to leave the State was a lack of awareness of existing job opportunities. As work on the 55% Initiative continued, USNH saw an opportunity to increase its impact of its work in this area through an even more collaborative approach. In 2009 USNH 'spun off' a non-profi t entity named 'Stay Work Play, Inc.' that has formalized and deepened its relationships with actors in the government, non-profi t and business sectors. There is great hope across each of these sectors that this unique cross-sector collaborative will be a central part of the solution to the State's demographic and workforce challenges.
The presentation will focus on the issues that gave rise to the 55% Initiative and Stay Work Play, Inc., the effort's existing work plan, and the immense opportunities and persistent challenge that face cross-sector collaborative efforts.
