现任上海交通大学海外教育学院执行院长。中欧国际工商学院EMBA、浙江大学工商管理学院学士，有十余年金融高管从业经验，先后担任华泰证券上海业务部总经理、深圳阳光基金管理公司副总经理、世纪联融控股有限公司总裁等职。担任中组部“公开招聘国资委监管企业高级经营管理人员”特聘专家、上海市创业投资行业协会副秘书长、上海市青年联合会委员、上海市金融青联委员、上海企业家协会会员、上海市证券业协会首届常务理事、香港金融工程师协会副会长等社会职务。
上海交通大学海外继续教育学院王红新院长
海外教育学院成立六年来，已成为国内继续教育领域的新秀。学院由原交大党委书记王宗光教授担任名誉理事长，原交大校长、工程院院士翁史烈教授担任专家顾问委员会主任，原交大党委副书记陶爱珠教授担任理事长，原交大副校长白同朔教授担任院长，执行院长负责日常工作。学院与几十家国外著名大学如宾夕法尼亚州立大学、多伦多大学、北卡罗来纳州立大学等联合推出总裁班、供应链、人力资源开发等高级课程，同时开发和引进了英国国际银行家同业公会、注册管理会计师、注册财务策划师、金融工程师、地产行政师、税务筹划师等多个证书项目。学院还成为中国保监会、中国市长协会女市长分会等权威机构的授权或合作单位。学院还为宝钢、文广集团、上海医药集团等100多家大集团成功举办了内训课程。学院成立6年来，已培训了19000余名高层次学员。
学院开发的《国际银行家顶级课程》《金融工程师》《财务策划师》《税务筹划师》《创意总裁》《交大—多大总裁课程》《创业投资师》《保险公估师》《高级心理学》《总经理的法务课程》等金融、管理、文化类课程已成为行业内的代表课程，享有很高声誉。

With more than 10 years' experience in fi nance as an executive manager, he has held positions as General Manager of Huatai Securities' Shanghai Branch, Vice Manager of Shenzhen Sunshine Fund Management Company, and President of Unicentury Holding Co., Ltd. He has also been a specially-appointed expert of "Public Recruited Supervisor for Senior Managerial Staff in State-owned Enterprises", Vice Secretary General of Shanghai Venture Capital Association, member of Shanghai Youth Federation, member of Shanghai Financial Youth Federation, member of Shanghai Entrepreneurs Association, executive member of Shanghai Securities Association, and Vice Chairman of Hongkong Association of Financial Engineer.
Since establishment six years ago, Overseas Education College has become a new star in continuing education. It has the former Party Secretary of Jiaotong University Prof. Wang Zongguang as Honorary Director General, former President of Jiaotong University Prof. Weng Shilie as director of Special Advisory Committee, former Vice Party Secretary of Jiaotong University Prof. Tao Aizhu as Director General, former Vice President of Jiaotong University Prof. Bai Tongshuo as Dean. The Executive Dean chairs daily work. Allied with dozens of famous universities abroad such as Penn State University, University of Toronto and North Carolina State University, the college opened EMBA program, supply chain management program and HR program. Meanwhile it developed certifi cate programs such as the Guild of International Bankers, certifi ed managerial accountant, certifi ed fi nancial planner, fi nancial engineer, real estate administrator, and tax planner. It has also become certified or appointed host by China Insurance Regulatory Commission and China Mayors Association Female Mayors Branch. The college has custom made courses for over 100 groups such as Bao Steel, Media Group, Shanghai Medical and Pharmaceutical Group. For the past six years the college has nurtured more than 19000 high level students.
Certain fi nancial, managerial and cultural courses have become the bench mark in the area and enjoy high reputation.
