刁庆军现任清华大学教育培训管理处处长，主管清华大学各院系教育培训项目立项、合作项目审批、教育培训项目质量评估与管理，并代表大学与各级政府机构、企业及国际组织在教育培训方面建立联系与合作。2001年1月，他担任清华大学继续教育学院院长助理和远程教育部主任，致力于远程教育研究和发展工作，作为主要成员参与清华大学在全国高校率先进行继续教育管理体制改革，推动了清华大学继续教育事业快速发展。刁庆军先生毕业于清华大学，先后获得清华大学工学学士和工学硕士学位。1998年到2000年他曾在清华大学科技开发部担任高科技风险投资基金管理办公室主任，从事科技成果的推广和产业化工作，成功完成多项成果的转化。

Diao Qingjun is the Director of the Administration Offi ce of Continuing & Professional Education, Tsinghua University. He is responsible for continuing education program approval, contract approval, quality insurance and accreditation and his Office umbrellas all the continuing education and professional development programs offered by various schools and departments of Tsinghua University. On behalf of the University, he and his Offi ce are also responsible for the external relations and cooperation with government at different levels and with enterprises, international organizations and institutions in the fi eld of continuing education and training initiatives. In January 2001, he became the Assistant Dean of the School of Continuing Education of Tsinghua University and the Director of the Division of Distance Education, SCE. He has been actively involved in researches and distance education course development and initiated Tsinghua's continuing education management reform which led to rapid development of the University's continuing education.Before switching to continuing education sector, he had been the Director of High-tech Venture Capital Investment Management Offi ce under the Division of Science and Technology R&D, Tsinghua University for more than 10 years (1998-2000). Mr. Diao received both of his Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Engineering from Tsinghua University.
