姚寿广：金融危机下高等职业教育可持续发展面临的问题与对策

    姚寿广，男 1962.10出生，工学博士、教授、博士生导师，现任江苏科技大学副校长，中国职业教育对外交流中心主席。
    1984年至2005年在江苏科技大学工作，2005年9月调至南京工业职业技术学院。作者长期以来一直从事能源与动力工程以及船舶动力设备装置与系统领域的科研、教学与研究生培养工作。先后主持完成四十余项国防重点攻关、预研和基金项目、省产业化科技项目等。获省、部级科技进步二、三等奖7项。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文100余篇，出版专著及全国重点规划教材3部，获国家发明专利1项。同时主持完成的高等教育教学改革与建设课题获江苏省优秀教学成果特、一、二等项各1项。

    担任中国造船工程学会轮机学术委员会委员、中国标准化专业技术委员会船舶机械专业委员会委员、中国机械工程学会现代设计理论与方法委员会委员等多个社会职务，并担任《内燃机工程》等多个杂志编委。
    1997年被列为江苏省“青蓝工程”跨世纪学术带头人培养人选、2003、2007年两次被列为江苏省“333工程”中青年学科带头人培养对象、2007年底被列入江苏省“六大人才高峰”行业高层次人才培养对象、2008年入选江苏省“青蓝工程”科技创新团队带头人。

Dr. Yao is currently vice president of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, and president of China Center on Vocational & Technical Education Exchange.
Prof. Yao is particularly known for his research and development work on energy and power engineering. He has written over 100 journal articles, 3 books and fi nished over 40 projects and got 1 patent for invention on different areas of his research.
Prof. Yao involves different professional organizations including member of National Committee for Shipping Power Textbook, member of National Deference Ships Power Experts, and president of China Center for Vocational and Technical Education Exchange. He is also one of the editorial board members of Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Engineering, Ship Science and Technology, Mechanical and Electrical Equipment, Jiangsu Ship, Industrial Engineering and Management, Machine Building & Automation, etc.
Prof. Yao has been selected into the Qinglan Engineering and 333-Engnineering to culture the top academicians in Jiangsu province.

    当前全球金融与经济危机冲击下，中国的经济与产业发展正面临严峻的挑战，相应高等职业教育的可持续发展同样面临许多急待解决的问题。本文首先就一国经济发展与高职教育的关联性作一扼要分析，然后以外向型经济占主导地位的长江三角洲地区为例，对其区域经济与产业发展现状以及结构调整趋势做一剖析与预测，并围绕该地区高等职业教育可持续发展面临的问题与对策提出自己的思考，供大家参考。

[Abstract]

This paper describes the relationship between the national economic development and vocational education.As an example, the speaker will analyze the situation and forecast the industrial development of Changjiang River Triangle Economic Area, and then put forward to the issues and strategies of sustainable development for higher vocational & technical education under fi nancial crisis.
